Founding year
Get Involved
BoatLife Foundation was formed in 2026 and our programs are in planning. Volunteer opportunities are being organized now rather than currently running, which means the people who step forward early help decide what launches first.
We have not yet run a cleanup, a class, or a safety day. Every option below is an invitation to help build the first one, and we will say so plainly until that changes.
Ways to help
Six ways to be part of this from the beginning
Pick the one that fits. Each goes to a real inbox read by our board, not to a queue.
- Organizing now
Volunteer
Give time at cleanups, safety events, and education programs as they launch.
- Open
Become a Partner
Bring your organization's reach or expertise to a shared program.
- Open
Sponsor a Program
Underwrite a specific initiative and receive reporting on its results.
- Open
Corporate Giving
Align your company with measurable waterway safety and conservation work.
- Scheduling
Event Participation
Join us at cleanups, safety days, and community events.
Partnership
Who we are looking to work with
We would rather add capacity to credible local work than duplicate it. These are the kinds of partners we are seeking for our first programs.
Corporate Sponsors
Marine industry companies and regional businesses supporting specific programs or general operations.
Foundations
Private and community foundations funding safety, environmental, and youth education work.
Government Agencies
Federal, state, and municipal agencies seeking a local delivery partner for waterway programs.
Community Organizations
Boating clubs, marinas, schools, conservation groups, and veteran organizations.
What to expect
What happens after you reach out
No form that disappears. Here is the whole process, as it actually works today.
Step 1. You tell us what you have in mind
A short message through the contact page is enough. Skills, availability, waterway, or the kind of support your organization can offer.
Step 2. We reply personally
This is a founding-year organization run by a small board, so a person reads every message rather than an autoresponder.
Step 3. We match you to work as it launches
Programs are in planning. As each one moves from plan to schedule, we go back to the people who raised their hand first.
Start here
The first year is the one that decides the rest
Founding volunteers, partners, and sponsors get a say in which waterways we work in, which programs launch first, and how we measure whether any of it worked.
Two ways in
- Give time or expertise, or bring your organization to the table.
- Fund a specific program and receive reporting on what it achieved.
